Carrie’s Pilates is more than just Pilates; it's a unique fusion of Pilates, cardio, strength training, top trainers, community, and care. Founded by model and fitness enthusiast Carrie Minter Ebers, Carrie's Pilates started its flagship location in West Hollywood in 2013 and has since become a leading name in the fitness industry.
After earning her certification as a Pilates instructor over a decade ago, (studying under the guidance of Master Instructor Ivon Dahl,) Minter Ebers saw a need to create a more inspiring, positive, and all-encompassing workout. This led to the creation of a revolutionary Pilates reformer platform, The Transformer. Carrieʻs Transformer is a lighter, smoother, and more dynamic machine, featuring a patent-pending fold-and-stand option, which allows studio owners more flexibility to create a multi-purpose space.
All of Carrie's Pilates locations offer a signature 45-minute workout that combines strength training, cardio, and Pilates to transform both body and mind. The workout is designed to strengthen, lengthen, tone, and reshape the body, all while providing a high-intensity but low-impact experience that gets the heart pumping and the endorphins flowing without strain on the joints.
