TORONTO, Canada – November 12, 2025 — TheNewswire - SPARC AI Inc. (the “Company”) (CSE: SPAI) (OTCQB: SPAIF) (Frankfurt: 5OV0) today announced that its newly-developed Strike 1 drone - a custom-built platform designed to showcase SPARC AI’s embedded GPS-denied autonomy and target acquisition technology has made its first successful test flight. SPARC AI expects to take delivery of the first Strike 1 units within the next two weeks.
SPARC AI plans to use Strike 1 to demonstrate the capabilities of Overwatch through live demonstrations, partner testing, and integration programs. For customers who already operate their own drones, SPARC AI’s software can be installed directly onto their existing hardware. Alternatively, for customers who prefer not to test on their own systems or who want a complete ready-to-fly platform, the Company will offer Strike 1 as a pre-configured, off-the-shelf solution that can be used for paid trials which showcase the full capability of SPARC AI’s embedded autonomy.

SPARC AI’s proprietary Overwatch software is integrated into Strike 1’s onboard hardware, enabling fully autonomous navigation and target geolocation without GPS, lidar, radar, or image recognition systems. Strike 1 includes a detachable GPS module allowing operators to easily switch between GPS-assisted and total GPS-denied flight modes. This feature provides a powerful demonstration of SPARC AI’s unique ability to maintain situational awareness and precision control even in signal-blocked or contested environments.
“The recent launch of SPARC AI Universal API, a software interface that allows developers to incorporate Overwatch into virtually any platform, and SPARC AI’s late October announcement that Overwatch can be integrated into QGround Control, a widely adopted open-source ground station for major drone operating systems, represent important commercial milestones for the Company. The successful flight of Strike 1 marks another major step toward bringing our GPS-denied autonomy to market,” said Anoosh Manzoori, CEO of SPARC AI. “This drone isn’t just a test platform, it’s a commercial product customers can test to experience the power of our embedded Overwatch software firsthand.”
