WBD Foods (hereinafter “the Company”) reports the following change in its share in the charter capital of the Company’s subsidiary – “Lianozovo Dairy” OJSC:

 

The Company’s share in the charter capital of the subsidiary before the change – 85.26%

The Company’s share in the charter capital of the subsidiary after the change – 98.02%

Effective date of the change of the Company’s share in the charter capital of the subsidiary: September 30, 2004.
