On December 2, 2004, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of H.B. Fuller Company (the "Company") granted stock options, restricted stock and restricted stock units to certain executive officers and other key employees of the Company pursuant to the Company's Year 2000 Stock Incentive Plan. A copy of the Company's Year 2000 Stock Incentive Plan is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to, and incorporated by reference in, this report.
