On July 9, 2013, Marine Products Corporation issued a press release titled, “Marine Products Corporation Announces Date for Release of Second Quarter 2013 Financial Results and Conference Call.” The press release announced the date that Marine Products Corporation will release its second quarter 2013 financial results.
