Other Events

On March 20, 2019, Global Water Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a motion with the Arizona Corporation Commission ("ACC") to request an order for certain of its utilities, including Global Water-Santa Cruz Water Company, LLC and Global Water-Palo Verde Utilities Company, LLC, to file a rate case no later than June 30, 2020, using the twelve-month period ending December 31, 2019 as a test year.  Although the Company currently intends to seek a rate increase in connection with the rate case, any such increase is subject to the approval of the ACC.  There is no guarantee that the ACC will approve a rate increase or whether the ACC will take any other actions as a result of the rate case.
