On July 9, 2018, Issuer Direct Corporation (the
“Company”) issued a press release announcing the
acquisition of Filing Services Canada Inc. by the Company’s
wholly-owned subsidiary, ACCESSWIRE Canada Ltd. (collectively, the
“FSC Acquisition”). A copy of the press
release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K
and incorporated herein by reference in its entirety. The FSC
Acquisition is more fully described in a Current Report on Form 8-K
filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission on
July 5, 2018.
