Effective May 3, 2013, Steven A. Rogers retired as Director of Virginia Electric and Power Company (the “Company”) and Robert M. Blue was elected a Director of the Company. Since January 1, 2013, there have been no related party transactions involving Mr. Blue and the Company that were required either to be approved under the Company’s policies or reported under Securities and Exchange Commission related party transaction rules.
