SJW Land Company, the registrant's wholly owned subsidiary, entered into lease agreements dated February 1, 2010 for approximately 85,000 square feet of its office building located in Knoxville, Tennessee with a single tenant. Such leases are modified full service leases and have an initial ten-year term with two five-year options. SJW Land Company will continue its efforts to lease the remainder of the office building.
