On July 14, 2018, Mr. James A. Fieber, Vice Chairman of the Board of Bankwell Financial Group, Inc. (the "Company") passed away.  Mr. Fieber had been a member of the Company's Board since 2007. The Company is extremely grateful for Mr. Fieber's dedication to the Company and his service as a director on the Company's Board of Directors.
