     Sify Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release on November 15, 2006, announcing the resignation of Mr. Durgesh Mehta, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, effective November 15, 2006. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 6-K.
