Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On May 26, 2010, Merit Medical Systems, Inc. (the Company) held its 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the Annual Meeting). A total of 28,180,527 shares of the Companys common stock were entitled to vote as of April 6, 2010, the record date for the Annual Meeting, of which 25,077,685 shares were represented in person or by proxy at the Annual Meeting.
The shareholders of the Company voted on the following matters at the Annual Meeting: (i) the election of three directors of the Company, to serve until the Annual Meeting of the Companys shareholders in 2013 and until their respective successors have been duly elected and qualified, and (ii) the ratification of the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Companys independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010.

Each of the three nominees listed below was elected to serve as a director of the Company with a three-year term expiring in 2013.
