Item 7.01 – Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 14, 2007, OraSure Technologies, Inc. issued a press release announcing that an agreement had been reached on the principal terms to settle its pending patent infringement litigation against Schering-Plough Healthcare Products, Inc. The settlement is subject to completion and execution of a final settlement agreement. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
