On August 4, 2014, American International Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its results for the three- and six-month periods ended June 30, 2014. On August 4, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on its common stock, par value $2.50 per share, of $0.125 per share.
