(b) On June 18, 2018, Bryan Mittelman, Vice President, Controller of Knowles Corporation (the “Company”), informed the Company that he is resigning effective July 6, 2018, to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Mittelman served as the Company’s Principal Accounting Officer. Effective upon Mr. Mittelman’s resignation, John Anderson, the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will serve as the interim Principal Accounting Officer until the Company appoints Mr. Mittelman’s replacement.
