On May 30, 2007, Viacom Inc. and Sony/ATV Music Publishing jointly issued a press release announcing that they had signed an agreement for Sony/ATV to acquire Famous Music, Viacom’s music publishing business. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated by reference herein in its entirety.
