Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On August 6, 2015, the Company reported net earnings from continuing operations of $2.5 million, or $0.05 per share, for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015, as compared to a net loss from continuing operations of $3.7 million, or $0.07 per share, for the second quarter of 2014. Net sales for the second quarter increased approximately 2 percent to $90.9 million, as compared to $89.2 million during for the second quarter of 2014.
