On March 19, 2019, the Board of Directors of Parke Bancorp, Inc. (the “Registrant”) declared a dividend of $0.14 per share, payable on April 25, 2019, to shareholders of record as of April 11, 2019.  A copy of the press release dated March 20, 2019, announcing the dividend is filed as Exhibit 99 hereto, and is incorporated by reference herein.
