Item 1.03.  Bankruptcy or Receivership.

On July 14, 2009, ISCO International, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a voluntary petition for relief pursuant to Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”). The petition was filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois (the “Bankruptcy Court”), and is proceeding as case number 09-25416.  The Company will continue to operate as a debtor-in-possession under the jurisdiction of the Bankruptcy Court and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Bankruptcy Code.
