AutoChina International Announces Quotation on OTC Bulletin Board

AutoChina International Limited (“AutoChina” or the “Company”) (OTC: AUTCF), China’s largest commercial vehicle sales, servicing, leasing, and support network, today announced that effective February 28, 2012, the Company’s common stock began to be quoted on the over-the-counter bulletin board (“OTCBB”). The Company’s new stock ticker on the OTCBB is AUTCF.
