CHICAGO, IL: Seasoned Chicago business consultant, Darlene Ziebell, is launching a new virtual mastermind group in August, where a group of motivated small and mid-size entrepreneurs will come together to search for the best ways to build sustainable businesses.
The mastermind group, Masterminds Breed Success, will meet virtually for four to five hours once per month over a year. It is geared toward serious business owners with challenges they are looking to overcome, in a group setting utilizing the input and feedback from the other group members. Group members will enjoy various benefits, including education, deep networking, support, brainstorming, and peer-to-peer mentoring.
Ziebell’s mastermind group provides the core strengths of commitment and accountability. All members selected to join must commit to the mastermind group policies and non-disclosure agreement. Group members set the structure of the meetings and topics, with the primary goal of helping each other solve the challenges they are having trouble overcoming in each of their respective businesses.

Although all businesses have their distinctive challenges, some of the challenges addressed in the group could be growing revenues, expanding the business to additional markets or customers, scaling the company in a manageable way, or even putting the business in the best position to sell it down the road. Each business will set a challenge or group of challenges, and the goal is to overcome them with the help of the group.
