December 6, 2018, Lakeland Industries, Inc. (the
“Company”) issued a press release announcing the
Company is filing for an extension of time to report Fiscal 2019
Third Quarter Financial Results, which press release included
certain financial information. A copy of the press release is
attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
