Spark Networks, Inc. has increased the size of its previously announced stock buyback program by 500,000 shares to an aggregate authorized amount of 1,500,000 shares of its common stock. Stock repurchases may be made in routine transactions or through block trades on the open market in accordance with applicable laws. Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and incorporated herein by reference, is the Company’s press release announcing the increase in the stock buyback program.
