As of May 19, 2008, DexCom, Inc. entered into a National Supplier Agreement with Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc., as well as a Participating Plan Agreement with Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Southern California and a Participating Plan Agreement with Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Northern California.
