EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Amendment to our report on Form 6-K, which was originally furnished to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on July 26, 2016 (the “Original Form 6-K”), is being furnished solely for the purposes of amending the Original Form 6-K to update Exhibit 1: Minutes of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on July 22, 2016 (English translation) (“Exhibit 1”) to include the Submission by Bratel B.V. titled “ Protest of Shareholder Bratel B.V. Concerning the Claim of Impediment to Vote due to Holding of Reciprocal Interest,” which was erroneously omitted. An updated version of the Material Fact has been attached to this Amendment and supersedes the earlier version attached to the Original Form 6-K. No other portions of the Original Form 6-K were amended.
