THAIHOT INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Fujian Thai Hot Investment, Co., Ltd. Fujian Thai Hot Investment Co., Ltd may be deemed to beneficially own these shares because it indirectly owns 100% of the outstanding equity of THAIHOT INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED.
