(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will change its ticker symbol from “GKSR” to “GK,” effective at the opening of business on December 3, 2012.  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.  The information in this Item 8.01 and Exhibit 99.1 shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference into any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
