On April 25, 2017, First Financial Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Shareholder Meeting in Abilene, Texas. During the Annual Shareholder Meeting, Scott Dueser, the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, made a presentation to the Company’s shareholders and invited guests. The presentation materials are attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
