DISCLOSURE OF COMPLETION OF SALE OF BUSINESS

Wipro Limited, a company organized under the laws of the Republic of India (the “Company”) hereby furnishes the Securities and Exchange Commission with a copy of the following information relating to the divesture of its hosted data center services business, consisting of Wipro Data Centre and Cloud Services, Inc., a portion of its data center business in Germany and the United Kingdom, and certain employees in India who support the above operations, to Ensono Holdings, LLC and its group companies (the “Data Center Business Divesture”) and Wipro’s strategic investment in Ensono Holdings, LLC (the “Ensono Investment”). The following information shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), or incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such a filing.

On June 28, 2018, the Company informed the securities exchanges in India on which its securities are listed and the New York Stock Exchange that it has completed the Data Center Business Divesture consisting of Wipro Data Centre and Cloud Services, Inc. and the data center business in Germany and the United Kingdom on June 27, 2018. The divesture of data center operations in India is likely to be completed during the quarter ending September 30, 2018, subject to receipt of requisite regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Further, the Company also informed that it has completed the Ensono Investment on June 27, 2018. A copy of the letter to the securities exchanges is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
