On March 10, 2008, registrant issued a press release announcing (i) its quarterly dividend, (ii) the adoption of a stock repurchase plan whereby the registrant may repurchase up to 1 million of its shares of beneficial interest, (iii) the suspension of its dividend reinvestment plan, (iv) the termination of its stock purchase option provided for in its dividend reinvestment plan, and (v) information regarding its loan portfolio.
