On Wednesday, April 19, 2006, Knight Transportation, Inc., an Arizona corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release (the "Press Release") announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2006. A copy of the Press Release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.
