On June 2, 2005, Beazer Homes USA, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing the pricing of its offering of $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.875% Senior Notes due 2015. The offering will be made to an initial purchaser pursuant to a private placement. A copy of the press release attached hereto as exhibit 99.01.
