Item 8.01                                           Other Events.

 

On April 21, 2017, BeiGene, Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the dosing of the first patient in a pivotal clinical trial of BGB-A317, an investigational humanized monoclonal antibody, designed to investigate the efficacy and safety of BGB-A317 in Chinese patients with relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma. The full text of the Company’s press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
