The Company's U.S. GAAP financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2003 and 2004 respectively, have been audited by Ernst & Young, and the Company's U.S. GAAP financial statements for periods prior to that were audited by PwC. As announced on June 26, 2006, the Company intends to delist its securities from the New York Stock Exchange and, when circumstances permit, to deregister from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. At the same time, the Company reinforces its commitment to strong corporate governance practices and adherence to regular disclosure about the Company's financial position and operations pursuant to recognized international standards and regulatory requirements (including those of the U.K. Listing Authority in connection with the listing of the Company's securities on the London Stock Exchange).
