Alternative Asset Management Acquisition Corp. (AAMAC) today announced that it intends to convene and then adjourn, without conducting any business, its Special Meeting of Stockholders until July 31, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time in order to give AAMAC stockholders additional time to vote on the proposals to be considered at that Special Meeting. The Special Meeting of Warrantholders will be held, as scheduled, tomorrow, July 30, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., at the offices of Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP, 150 East 42nd Street, 11 th Floor, New York, New York.
