Nomura Issues 1st Series of Unsecured Straight Bonds with No Negative Pledge or Other Financial Covenants
Tokyo, August 29, 2018Nomura Holdings, Inc. today announced that it has determined the terms of its 1st series of unsecured straight bonds with no negative pledge or other financial covenants in the total principal amount of 100 billion yen. Terms of the issue are as outlined below.
Nomura will be subject to the Total Loss-Absorbing Capacity (TLAC) regulation* from March 31, 2021. The bonds will qualify as TLAC-eligible debt.
1st Series of Nomura Holdings, Inc. Unsecured Straight Bonds with no negative pledge or other financial covenants
