(1) Represents 283,749 shares disposed of by OCB Reprographics, Inc. Sathiyamurthy Chandramohan is a director and owns an ownership interest of 22.4% in OCB Reprographhics, Inc. Sathiyamurthy Chandramohan disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
(2) Represents 50,605 shares disposed of by Color Expressions of California, Inc. Sathiyamurthy Chandramohan is a director and owns an ownership interest of 24.8% in Color Expressions of California, Inc. Sathiyamurthy Chandramohan disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
(3) Represents 434,522 shares disposed of by Micro Device, Inc. Sathiyamurthy Chandramohan is a director and owns an ownership interest of 56% in Micro Device Inc. Sathiyamurthy Chandramohan disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
(4) Represents 102,069 shares disposed of by Brownies Blueprint, Inc. Sathiyamurthy Chandramohan is a director and owns an ownership interest of 42% in Brownies Blueprint, Inc. Sathiyamurthy Chandramohan disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
(5) Represents 52,742 shares disposed of by Dietrich-Post Company. Sathiyamurthy Chandramohan is a director and owns an ownership interest of 47.6% in Dietrich-Post Company.
