On November 14, 2003, Luby's, Inc. issued an updated earnings press release for the fourth quarter and year ended August 27, 2003. There was a classification error in the Company's announcement released yesterday, November 13, 2003. The press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99 replaces that announcement in its entirety.
