Wings Appoints Client Services Head for North America

Wings Global Travel has appointed Lizette Mann as Head of Client Services, North America, to support the TMC’s continuing growth in the Americas.

Mann joins Wings’ Houston, Tx-based headquarters team from Ovation Corporate Travel, where she spent nearly a decade managing high-worth accounts as Operations Manager. Ovation was acquired by AmexGBT in 2021.  

Ross Pratt, Senior Vice President, Americas at Wings, said: “Since I joined the business to lead growth in the region almost exactly a year ago, we’ve been focused on building a leadership team to support the expanding sales pipeline.”

Mann has more than 20 years’ travel industry experience in operational and leadership roles managing teams across the USA and Canada.
