1 - Kanha Tiger Reserve

Kanha is one of India's oldest wildlife preserves. In 1955, it was designated as a National Park, and in 1879, it was designated as a Reserve Forest. It was thereafter designated as the Best tiger reserve in 1973. It is located in the Madhya Pradesh districts of Mandla and Balaghat and has an area of roughly 1949 sq km of wildness.

To mention a few of the animals found in the reserve, there are barasingha, chital, sambar, barking deer, chousingha, gaur, langur, wild pig, sloth bear, and panthers. Its flora and fauna are as diverse as the animals that inhabit it, with over 600 distinct flower types.

2 - Satpura Tiger Reserve

3 - Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve

Bandhavgarh forest was designated as a tiger reserve in 1993. This forest, which is located in Madhya Pradesh's Umaria district, was designated as a National Park in 1968 after the Maharaja of Rewa gave the forest to the state for its creation. This is one of the forests described in the Hindu epic The Ramayana. Lord Rama gave his brother Lakshmana the fort of the Vindhya mountains. The name Bandhavgarh comes from the words Bandhav, which means "brother," and Garh, which means "fort."

4 - Panna Tiger Reserve

5 - Pench Tiger Reserve
