Cold, blizzard conditions shut roads, offices and stores in Minnesota, flights delayed

Airlines canceled hundreds of flights, and highways tallied more than 1,000 crashes. Offices, museums and recreational locations said they'd close ahead of cold and fierce winds that will persist through Friday.
