Item 2.01. Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.
On June 16, 2009, the Company completed its previously announced sale of approximately 75,000
acres of timberland for $120 million to the Hancock Timber Resource Group division of Hancock
Natural Resource Group, Inc., acting on behalf of its investor clients. On June 16, 2009, the
Company issued a press release announcing the completion of this sale. A copy of the press release
issued by the Company is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
