On November 5, 2009, Lantronix, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing preliminary results for its first fiscal quarter ended September30, 2009.  The full text of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
