On January 12, 2015, ONEOK Partners, L.P. (ONEOK Partners) announced it will participate in the UBS MLP One-on-One Conference on Tuesday, January 13, 2015, in Park City, Utah. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

The materials used at the conference were made available on ONEOK Partners’ website, www.oneokpartners.com, that morning, beginning at 8 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (7 a.m. Central Standard Time).
