Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.
The Company received notice from NASDAQ that due to the appointment of Mr. Adrian Russell-Falla as an Independent Director to the Company’s Audit Committee, NASDAQ Staff has determined that the Company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5605.
