Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 13, 2010 TriMas Corporation (the “Corporation”) hosted an Analyst Day at NASDAQ MarketSite located at 4 Times Square in New York City. A copy of the presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
