On June 5, 2012, our Board of Directors approved reduced compensation for our Chairman, Thomas J Fitzmyers, for the second half of 2012. There were no other changes to the compensation arrangements with our Named Executive Officers. The compensation arrangement with Mr. Fitzmyers and the compensation paid to our outside Directors are set forth on Exhibit 10 attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
