Departure of Directors or Certain Officers, Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensation Arrangements of Certain Officers

Effective March 24, 2010, Southwall Technologies Inc. elected Mallorie Burak as an officer with the title of VP, Treasurer and Controller at a salary of $180,000 and a potential annual bonus of 35% of base salary.
