Matav Third Quarter Conference Call Scheduled for November 22, 2005

NETANYA, Israel – November 17, 2005 – Matav-Cable Systems Media Ltd. (Nasdaq: MATV) announced that it will release its third-quarter 2005 results on Monday, November 21, 2005.
