Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 18, 2012, Metals USA Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2012. The Company also announced that management will hold a conference call to discuss the information in the press release on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The press release is furnished in this report as Exhibit 99.1.
